STAND UP PADDLE // SUP

If you would like to know how it feels, to glide over water. Than try the water sport Stand Up Paddle!

Learn the basics of SUP and visit the immaculate beaches and enjoy cruising along the stony coast of Tenerife.

Depending on the weather and the waves, we only do our SUP courses and tours under optimal conditions.

All SUP activities include the appropriate materials (SUP board, wetsuit, lycra).

A SUP session can take between 1 hour and 5 hours, depending on the course & tour. In addition, all our SUP activities are covered by insurance.

GET IN TOUCH 

- Our course "GET IN TOUCH" includes the theoretical & practical SUP basics.
- Our teachers practice, analyze & refine your technique in shallow waters.
- The duration for the beginners course is about 1 hour.

CRUISE 

- At our CRUISE course you can discover the nature of Tenerife.
- Depending on the tour we paddle to deserted beaches, through caves or explore the sights along the coast of north Tenerife.
- The duration of our cruise - tours varies between 3 to 5 hours.

SUNRISE // SUNSET

- Enjoy gliding over the water by sunrise or sunset.
- To match this romantic mood your photos are included.
- This SUP session takes about 2 hours.

SUP WAVES

- Capture your first wave with the SUP and improve your skills in an advanced course.
- The SUP advanced course takes about 2 hours and includes photos.
